Rotary Clubs around the globe pledge to follow the 4-way test cited above. The members strive to live the motto “Service Above Self”. In 1984 the Tuscawilla Rotary Club was organized and chartered in Winter Springs, Florida and our President, Doug Lanier is proud to be a member. A chip off of Winter Park East Rotary Club, led by Greg Foppiani, 22 members were gathered, a Board of Directors was elected who chose Jim Cooper as the charter President, and we were on our way! Now in our 20th year, we are over 50 members and growing!
