Welcome to the Collis Roofing Service Department where our highly trained service technicians are trained to evaluate existing roofing systems and roof related conditions.  Our teams of specialized technicians are trained to seek out water entry points and to recognize problem areas before they become issues for you and/or your tenant.  Many of our clients do not have to replace their roofs.  However, far too many roofs are replaced prematurely at a great expense every year.  With the proper inspection service provided and standard maintenance performed, most roofs can extend their useable life for many years.

Buying, selling or leasing a new location?  Allow our service technicians to evaluate the existing structure.  We can provide a usable report to anticipate life expectancy, cost of service and/or set up plans for maintaining the existing roof system.

Our service department is certified by the most reputable commercial product manufacturers to service roofs, install roof top equipment, and provide manufacturer required annual and bi-annual inspections.
