How much is an estimate? - Our estimates are free of charge.
If the estimate is accepted how long out will the work be scheduled for? – usually we are 1 week out.
Is the Billable work that you complete covered under Warranty? – All Billable work is Warrantable for 1 year unless otherwise noted on the estimate.
Does having a Satellite Dish, Skylight or Sun Tube installed on my house void my warranty? – If Anyone other than Collis Roofing installs anything on your roof that does void the warranty for the section that was touched or penetrated.

Are you a Licensed and Insured Contractor? - Yes
When will we need to pay for the Repair? - All repairs are due upon completion.
Do you accept credit cards? – Yes
Can you perform a roof inspection to see if I have any potential problems with my roof? - Yes Collis can perform a roof inspection for a small fee.
After my repair is complete do you have someone who can come and repair my drywall? – Yes, we have a licensed Drywall Contractor
How Long is the Warranty on my roof? – All New Construction and Re-Roof customer get a 5 year Labor Warranty on their roof.
What is covered under the 5 year Labor Warranty? - Any Labor and Materials used to repair the roof except if the roof is leaking from an act of God.
Is my roof still under warranty if a Hurricane or Tornado hits the house? - No ANY Acts of God are not Warrantable.
If rodents chew the flashing on my house and can now get into the attic is that covered under warranty? - No this is not covered under warranty.
Are Collis roofing contractors certified?
Yes! All Collis roofing contractors are certified by all major roofing manufacturers.
How long has Collis been in business?
Since 1994, over seventeen years now!
Does Collis subcontract their labor?
NO! All of our roofing professionals are employed by our company! Occasionally we bring in subcontractors for woodwork etc..., but all of our roofers are Collis employees.
Will Collis be removing my current roofing system?
In some cases we may remove the current system and in some cases we may not. It all depends on what we find when we take a look at the current wear and tear.
What is your Warranty Period on Repairs?
1 year warranty on repairs unless otherwise noted.
Do you offer Extended Warranty Plans?
Yes we offer an extended warranty plan for up to 5 years.
When does the Warranty on our New Construction house start?
The warranty on all NC homes start on our day of completion of the roof.
