With the fast growth provided by the 2004 explosion in New Home Construction in Central Florida, Collis Roofing expanded into Commercial work to lend their professionalism to this marketplace. Over these past 5 years we have roofed some of the most recognized structures built in Central and Northeast Florida and become trade partners with even more respected General Contractors in Florida. Whether it is to extend the life of an existing system or the removal and replacement of one that has worn through its time, Collis has the expertise, experience, knowledge, and team to make it happen on time and under budget.
Our Department Manager, Robby Staats, oversees a team of highly trained estimators led by Ed Henson and highly experienced team of production personnel. Collis Roofing also runs a Commercial Service Division led by Mike Waggoner that can assist you in keeping your warranty in full force with the roofing manufacturer and prolong the life of the roofing system. An existing leak or defect in your present roof does not necessarily mean the roofing system is due for replacement. Allow our staff the opportunity to inspect your roof and provide you with our professional, manufacturer backed, opinion on what is the best course of action given the current condition of your roof.
Collis is a certified installer of Carlisle-SynTec, Soprema, Fibertite, GenFlex, and GAF membranes and single ply TPO products. We are also certified installers for Englert, Drexel, Peterson and Berridge metal panel systems.
