We are partners with virtually every tile manufacturer in our marketplace;
We utilize these relationships to avoid having to involve distribution in getting your product and to assure there is no lost time in getting the tile to your site. All ordering is done online and we receive an email as soon as your order has been produced. We then dispatch our own trucks to the plant and haul it directly to the job site and schedule the roof stocking.
All of our work is installed by Collis trained employees in conjunction with TRI standards, the best in our industry. These mechanics are supervised at all times and abide by our extremely rigid Safety Policy while performing their duties. David Eubanks, our Department Manager, and his team of Project Managers check every roofing system installation throughout the entire process and then come back and give it a final inspection to comply with our NHQ Status from the NAHB. We fully warranty our work for a minimum of 5 years, while most of our tile systems have 10-12 year Manufacturers warranties included due to our installer status and the products utilized.

We gladly produce our reference list showing that we install currently for DR Horton, KB, Pulte, Meritage, Mattamy, Taylor Morrison, David Weekly, and Centerline Homes, all National Home Builders building all over the US. We specialize in custom tile work as well, with foam certified installers able to install any make and type of tile without any penetrations in your roofing underlayment. We have a complete metal fabrication shop able to produce any size flashing out of any type or gauge of metal. We can manufacturer copper chimney caps, curved metal panels, or box gutters to accent any project.
