- Written Safety Program (Can be tailored to be Site Specific)
- Recognized by HBA of Orlando; ABC; CF Safety Council and most major builders
- Has significantly reduced our EMOD Rate in the last 3yrs
- Our Drug Free Workplace Substance Abuse Policy requires:
- Pre Hire
- Reasonable Cause/Suspicion
- Post Accident
- Random Periodic Testing
- All Superintendents are OSHA 10Hr and First Aid CPR Course Certified with refresher courses provided annually.
- We Are Fleet Safety Program; DOT Compliant
- Specialized training includes rough terrain forklift certification, aerial lift training, DOT compliance for vehicle operations.
- Tool Box Talks conducted regularly (weekly or bi-weekly as requested).
- All accidents and incidents are documented and investigated immediately, with appropriate timely notifications made.
- Job site inspections are conducted by Superintendents and Director of Safety with Inspection reports prepared and documented.
