Online Payment Policies

Collis Roofing makes it easy for you to pay your bill after a roofing job. Our low interest financing can be done completely online and so can your payments! Paying your bill on our site is completely safe. We make sure that your payment goes through a secure billing system and that you receive a receipt as proof that your payment went through. Privacy Policy:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy:

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Receipt:

A receipt can be printed after payment is accepted which will serve as evidence of payment. If you provide an email address during the payment process, a receipt will be emailed to you after the payment is processed.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not applicable to Collis Roofing sales.

Insurance Deductibles and Discounts Policy:

Collis Roofing does not allow for any discounts, applications of coupons or waivers of insurance deductibles under any circumstance per Florida Law.

Florida Statute 817.234 False and Fraudulent Insurance Claims (7)(d) A contractor, or a person acting on behalf of a contractor, may not knowingly or willfully and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive, pay, waive, or rebate all or part of an insurance deductible applicable to payment to the contractor, or a person acting on behalf of a contractor, for repairs to property covered by a property insurance policy. A person who violates this paragraph commits a third degree felony, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
